Roles and responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update patient information, insurance data, and billing details in internal systems.

Review medical documents, claims forms for completeness and accuracy.

Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Handle high-volume data entry tasks with speed and precision.

Cross-check data from source documents and correct errors.

Collaborate with other departments (billing, coding, customer service) for data clarification and accuracy.

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet process SLAs.
