Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with 7+ years of hands-on development experience, preferably with strong exposure to the HRMS and Payroll domain. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications that support human resource operations, payroll processing, attendance management, and other employee-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise web applications using .NET, ASP.NET, and C#.
- Design and develop scalable RESTful Web APIs, backend services, and system integrations.
- Work with SQL Server for database design, complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Translate HR and payroll business requirements into secure and reliable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain payroll calculations, including earnings, deductions, overtime, incentives, bonuses, reimbursements, arrears, and settlements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues and production bugs.
- Participate in application architecture, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with HR teams, business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Mentor junior developers and support the implementation of development best practices.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, data accuracy, and adherence to coding standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment-related documents when required.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in .NET development.
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
- Strong experience with SQL Server, complex queries, stored procedures, database design, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience in developing and integrating Web APIs and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web application development.
- Experience with application architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development practices.
- Prior experience in the HRMS or Payroll domain is highly preferred.
- Experience leading technical discussions or mentoring developers will be an advantage.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
What We’re Looking For
A proactive and technically strong senior developer who can independently understand complex HR and payroll requirements, design scalable solutions, ensure payroll accuracy, mentor team members, and contribute effectively within an HRMS and Payroll technology environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
