About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our Admissions & Marketing team. This role is ideal for freshers who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and helping students make informed educational decisions.
You will play a key role in engaging with prospective students and parents, supporting the admissions process, and contributing to marketing and outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs and admission procedures.
- Follow up with inquiries and leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Support student enrollment and admissions activities.
- Conduct counseling sessions and provide guidance to prospective applicants.
- Assist in organizing events, seminars, workshops, and outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Support marketing initiatives to increase student engagement and awareness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence in interacting with students and parents.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to grow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Customer service, sales, campus ambassador, event management, or internship experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Interest in education, admissions, counseling, or marketing.
