Position: Sales & Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field marketing, school visits, seminars, events, and promotional activities.
- Promote Gurcharanam Academy's courses for IIT-JEE, NEET, and Foundation programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, students, parents, and educational partners.
- Conduct admission counseling and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Execute offline and online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Collect market intelligence and analyze competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, education sales, or admissions counseling will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel for marketing activities and promotional events.
