This position is responsible for assessing risk and approving new or adjusted client terms and credit limits, incoming orders, and other credit related responsibilities.
- Reviewing client terms and current aged AR balances and approving new orders accordingly or taking appropriate action to clear collection issues as needed.
- Updating changes to client accounts including setting up new clients, bad debt flags, payment date changes, name/address changes, etc.
- Set-up new client portal accounts and manage invoice submission process
- Analyze customer payment trends and identify potential credit risks or collection
- Credit card processing requests including SVC Group batching, rerunning failed credit cards,
- Manage pre-paid backlog, maintaining 90-day or less
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders regarding credit terms, payment status, and account issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve credit processes, reporting, and operational efficiency through process improvements and automation where applicable.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information and uphold high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in working with Oracle tool is a
