Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead and manage Admin Executives across multiple centres.
Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance.
Develop and implement administrative SOPs.
Operations Management
Ensure smooth day-to-day administration across all centres.
Maintain operational consistency and service standards.
Resolve administrative issues efficiently.
Facility Management
Oversee maintenance and smooth functioning of clinics.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
Ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and operational.
Vendor & Procurement
Manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
Monitor vendor performance and quality.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain leases, agreements, licenses, and legal documents.
Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliances are up to date.
Keep documentation organized and audit-ready.
Financial Documentation
Maintain invoices, contracts, and expense records.
Coordinate with Finance for timely documentation.
Ensure proper record management and verification.
Expansion Support
Assist in identifying new properties for expansion.
Coordinate site visits and documentation for new centers.
Support new center setup activities.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
Support budgeting, planning, and administrative initiatives.
*Main Requirements*
- 4–8 years of Administration, Operations, or Facility Management experience
- Experience managing multi-location operations and admin teams
- Strong knowledge of documentation and legal compliance
- Hands-on experience in vendor management and procurement
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.Com/B.Tech or equivalent)
- Own bike/scooter with a valid driving licence
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
