- Experience in Plant HR / Factory HR / Manufacturing HR
- Knowledge of labour laws, factory compliance & statutory requirements
- Payroll, attendance & shift management experience
- Recruitment & manpower planning skills
- Contractor and workforce management experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMIS & reporting
- Strong communication, coordination & problem-solving abilities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
