Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Monitor labor workers, subcontractors, and site staff.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Check quality of materials and construction work.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Maintain site safety rules and ensure workers follow safety procedures.
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Manage material usage and avoid wastage.
- Inspect ongoing work and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain attendance and productivity records of workers.
- Handle site measurements and quantity verification.
- Coordinate equipment and machinery usage at the site.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report delays or problems.

Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in construction/site supervision preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
