Must Having experience of 10-15years in residential construction procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement for residential construction projects.
- Develop, evaluate, and manage vendors and supplier relationships.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
- Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications for procurement planning.
- Finalize purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.
- Verify and finalize vendor bills in coordination with the Finance team.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, project managers, and site teams.
- Ensure timely procurement to meet project schedules.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the purchase team.
- Monitor inventory levels and material availability.
- Prepare comparative statements (CS), rate analysis, and procurement MIS reports.
- Ensure quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with company procurement policies.
- Resolve vendor, billing, and supply-related issues.
- Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor documentation.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
