Showroom Executive

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and energetic professional to manage showroom sales and marketing activities at our Choondal showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer handling ability, sales experience, and a passion for business development.
The candidate will be responsible for showroom operations, customer relationship management, sales generation, project coordination, and local marketing activities to strengthen the brand presence in the region.
Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom Sales Management
- Attend walk-in customers professionally and understand their requirements
- Explain products, features, pricing, and available solutions clearly
- Generate enquiries, quotations, and convert leads into sales
- Follow up with customers, contractors, architects, and project clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and showroom performance goals
Marketing & Business Development
- Develop local marketing strategies to increase showroom visibility
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities
- Build relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, dealers, and contractors
- Visit project sites and potential clients when required
- Support digital marketing and social media promotions locally
Showroom Operations
- Maintain showroom presentation, display arrangements, and product visibility
- Coordinate with management regarding stock requirements and customer feedback
- Ensure proper customer service standards and professional atmosphere
- Handle daily showroom activities, reports, and sales records
Client Coordination
- Assist customers from enquiry stage until order completion
- Coordinate delivery schedules and project follow-ups
- Maintain strong after-sales relationship with clients
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in showroom sales, marketing, or customer relationship roles
- Experience in interiors, flooring, tiles, sanitaryware, furniture, building materials, or related industries will be an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
- Malayalam and English communication required
- Valid driving licence preferred
