About the Role
Edumiles Travels LLP is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader – Sales to lead the sales team, drive business growth, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in the tour and travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
· Handle travel-related leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
· Convert leads into bookings and maximize sales opportunities.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Handle customer queries related to tour packages, destinations, pricing, and travel arrangements.
· Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.
· Prepare sales reports and track team targets and achievements.
· Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
· Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
· Train and support team members to improve their sales and conversion performance.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in any field.
· Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the tour & travel industry.
· Strong knowledge of tour packages, destinations, DMCs, and travel arrangements.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
· Excellent team leadership and management abilities.
· Target-oriented with a proven ability to drive sales and conversions.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
· Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and sales tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
