Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to support our Customer Success Manager in delivering an exceptional client experience. This is a people-first, client-facing role focused on building strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and helping customers get the most value from our product.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CSM in day-to-day client interactions, meeting prep, follow-ups, and action tracking.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through key features and best practices.
- Monitor client health and product usage; flag risks and opportunities early.
- Help prepare Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) and client recap decks.
- Capture client feedback and share insights with product, sales, and support teams.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English; confident on client calls and in written communication.
- Customer-first mindset — patient, empathetic, organised, and proactive.
- Strong sense of ownership and reliable follow-through on commitments.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
- Comfort reading basic usage data and reports to understand client health.
Preferred
- Familiarity with retail or e-commerce business models.
- Knowledge of SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, PostHog) is a plus.
