Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and an interest in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from clients and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer status.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet hiring targets within the defined timelines.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong networking and sourcing skills.

Compensation
- Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.
- Performance-based incentives available.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
