We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Tutor to join our academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students of varying proficiency levels, focusing on improving their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. You will be expected to assess student abilities, create structured lesson plans, and use interactive teaching methods to ensure an enjoyable and productive learning experience. Regular evaluation of student progress and providing constructive feedback will be an essential part of the role.
The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong command of English grammar and vocabulary, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs. Responsibilities also include preparing study materials, assisting students with exam preparation, maintaining academic records, and fostering a positive classroom environment. Training will be provided after joining.
