About the Role:
The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting academic and administrative data to provide meaningful insights for college management. In addition, the candidate will teach Python programming as per the prescribed syllabus, mentor students in academic projects, and contribute to technical skill development.
This position combines data analytics, reporting, automation, and academic training, making it ideal for individuals passionate about both technology and education.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Institutional Support
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze academic and administrative data.
- Generate reports and dashboards for college management.
- Analyze student performance, attendance, examinations, faculty performance, feedback, and institutional data.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement using data-driven approaches.
- Predict academic outcomes and provide recommendations based on historical data.
- Support management in strategic planning through analytical reports.
- Develop automated reports using Python, SQL, and Excel.
- Build data visualization dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Assist departments in making data-driven decisions.
- Improve internal processes through analytics and automation.
Python Training & Academic Responsibilities
- Teach Python Programming as per the university syllabus.
- Conduct practical coding sessions and laboratory classes.
- Guide students in mini and major academic projects.
- Develop real-time Python applications for student learning.
- Prepare assignments, coding exercises, and assessment materials.
- Mentor students for internships, placements, hackathons, and technical competitions.
- Support students in debugging and project implementation.
