Responsibilities
Analyze MEP drawings related to HVAC, plumbing, and other systems in terms of
various aspects such as accuracy, compliance, and coordination with architectural
plans
Understanding of HVAC design principles such as consideration of ambient
conditions, equipment selection, and load calculations.
Understand human comfort requirements and lighting loads.
Exploring energy-efficient alternative HVAC systems such as passive cooling
Contribute to reducing environmental impact by reducing refrigerant quantities, use
of alternate refrigerants etc.
Collaborate with senior designers to incorporate energy-saving features.
Explore innovative solutions for Mechanical systems Develop a basic
understanding of relevant codes and standards (e.g., National Building Code –
NBC, BIS, ASHREA, ISHREA).
Ensure compliance in Mechanical designs.
Working knowledge and ability to review of industrial piping design/data (such as
LPG, nitrogen etc).
Should have 6+ Years’ experience into HVAC Design
Should have the knowledge to review design details, drawings, technical
specification and bill of quantities, issued by the design consultants, to ensure the
same reflects the design brief.
Should have minimum 6 years of experience in HVAC/ Firefighting, Plumbing, Fire
protections systems, steam systems
Familiar with Indian and International Standards (NBC/IS/ASHRAE/
SMACNA/IEEE etc. as applicable) in above areas
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
