Job Overview
We are looking for an Architectural Draftsman (2D & 3D) to join our team. The candidate should be proficient in creating accurate 2D architectural layouts as well as basic 3D models and views using AutoCAD / 3D software.
Key Responsibilities
- 2D Drafting: Prepare precise floor plans, elevations, section drawings, and working drawings in AutoCAD 2D.
- 3D Modeling: Create basic 3D views, elevations, or isometric drawings as per architectural sketches.
- Convert concept sketches and architectural layouts into clear digital 2D & 3D drawings.
- Make required 2D/3D revisions and updates based on site feedback and senior architects' instructions.
- Maintain and organize CAD project files and documentation accurately.
Requirements & Skills
- Must-have: Hands-on working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D mandatory).
- Knowledge of additional 3D tools like SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit is a big plus.
- Basic understanding of architectural measurements, scales, and building concepts.
- 6 months to 1 year of practical drafting experience or structured internship.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in layouts.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
