About the Role
We are looking for an organised, energetic, and approachable HR executive to manage our day-to-day human resources and recruitment operations. In this role, you will handle end-to-end hiring for our retail store and production units, manage staff attendance and records, and ensure a smooth employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for retail sales, fashion design, production, and administrative roles using job portals, social media, and local channels.
- Onboarding & Induction: Conduct interviews, coordinate joining formalities, and ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the team.
- Attendance & Payroll Support: Track daily attendance and leave records and assist with monthly payroll processing data.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for staff queries, address workplace issues, and help maintain a positive, disciplined work culture.
- HR Documentation: Maintain accurate employee files, appointment letters, records, and compliance documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduation (an MBA in HR or a degree in a relevant discipline is preferred).
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on HR experience (freshers with a strong HR internship background and clear practical knowledge of recruitment can also apply).
- Skills:
- Good understanding of recruitment portals (Indeed, social media hiring) and interview techniques.
- Basic knowledge of labour policies, attendance tracking, and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills (fluent in Malayalam and English).
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and maturity.
- Location: Candidates from nearby places within a 5–10 kilometre radius are preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
