We are looking for a responsible and passionate Academic Associate to conduct one-to-one home tuition sessions at assigned student locations within Bhopal.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized one-to-one teaching sessions at students’ homes
- Strengthen students' foundational concepts and improve subject clarity
- Prepare simplified, structured, and engaging lesson plans
- Conduct regular assessments and track academic progress
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and consistent communication with parents
- Ensure measurable improvement in students' performance
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the respective subjects
- Prior teaching experience preferred (experience in home tuition or one-to-one teaching is an added advantage)
- Good communication and explanation skills
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively with the academic team
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to student improvement
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented startup environment
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet academic deadlines without compromising quality
Selection Process & Additional Information
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to deliver a demo session as part of the final selection process
- Teaching assignments will be provided within a 5 km radius of the candidate’s residence (within Bhopal)
