Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Centre Incharge to manage and oversee all activities of a skill development centre. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling the complete training lifecycle, from mobilization and admissions to training delivery, assessments, placements, and post-placement tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead student mobilization, counselling, admissions, and batch formation activities.
- Coordinate with trainers, mobilizers, employers, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor attendance, training quality, assessments, and placement activities.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain MIS, records, and centre-related reports.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve enrolment, retention, and placement outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers for placement opportunities.
- Achieve training and placement targets as per project requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Skill Development sector.
- Proven experience in managing the complete mobilization-to-placement process.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of skill development projects, processes, MIS, and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred:
- Experience in government-funded skill development projects.
- Exposure to CSR, NSDC, PMKVY, DDU-GKY, or similar programs.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
