We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to generate leads, handle customer inquiries, and build strong client relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services to clients.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the CRM or database.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work under targets and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
- Freshers to 3 years of experience can apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.

Salary: As per skills, experience, and interview performance.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
