Job Title: Student counselor / Tele caller

Reports to: Admissions Manager / Branch Head
Role Objective
The Tele caller will be the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents. Your goal is to handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to leads, educating them on ALIMS's Applied Learning System (ALS) and converting interests into campus walk-ins and admissions for BBA and B.Com programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Dial provided leads (from social media, website, and walk-in databases) to introduce ALIMS and identify potential candidates for our business programs.
- Educational Counseling: Explain course details, fee structures, and the benefits of our "Applied Learning System" to students and parents clearly and persuasively.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule face-to-face counseling sessions and campus tours for the Sales/BDM team.
- Follow-up: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with "warm" leads who haven't yet visited the campus.
- Data Entry: Accurately update the CRM or daily call logs with student remarks, feedback, and scheduled appointment dates.
- Inquiry Handling: Answer incoming calls professionally and provide immediate, accurate information regarding admission dates and eligibility.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
