Department: Production / Operations
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finishing activities such as trimming, thread cutting, ironing, and packing readiness
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before dispatch
- Supervise finishing team and allocate tasks efficiently
- Monitor productivity and minimize rework/rejections
- Coordinate with production, QC, and warehouse teams
- Maintain daily finishing and production reports
- Ensure proper material handling and workplace discipline
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in garment/apparel finishing
- Good understanding of quality standards and finishing processes
- Strong team handling and coordination skills
- Basic reporting and communication skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
