Job Summary The Personal Secretary to the Chairman provides high-level administrative, organizational, and communication support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Chairman's office. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.- Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.- Prepare, draft, and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.- Coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and confidential discussions, including preparing agendas and minutes.- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.- Screen phone calls, emails, and visitors, prioritizing and responding where appropriate.- Liaise with hospital departments, doctors, and administrative staff on behalf of the Chairman.- Organize events, conferences, and official visits as required.- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized and secure manner.- Assist in follow-ups on key decisions and ensure timely execution of action items.
Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role (preferably in healthcare).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills- Experience in hospital or healthcare administration.- Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital operations.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Pay: ₹13,644.23 - ₹500,000.00 per month
