Job Description:
CredenceSoft Private Limited is looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to help expand our presence in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals for our SaaS solutions.
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities within the hospitality industry.
- Prospect hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, and hospitality chains through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations with decision-makers.
- Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable SaaS solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on hospitality technology trends and competitor offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong lead generation and consultative selling abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
- Experience selling SaaS products or hospitality technology solutions.
- Understanding of the hospitality industry and its operational challenges.
- Ability to build rapport with CXOs, hotel owners, and business decision-makers.
