Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors or clients professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls or emails
- Manage appointments, bookings, and schedules
- Maintain visitor records and front desk logs
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier services
- Provide basic information about the company or services
- Coordinate with other departments when needed
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
- Handle customer complaints or queries politely
