Job Summary
HARI SIGNATURE is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, build client relationships, and convert prospects into residential construction and interior design projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth through digital and field marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Generate new leads through digital platforms, social media, and field marketing
✔ Handle customer inquiries and explain construction packages
✔ Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients
✔ Follow up regularly to convert leads into confirmed projects
✔ Maintain customer database and daily activity reports
✔ Develop partnerships with local brokers and property dealers
✔ Plan promotional and branding activities
✔ Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Required Skills
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of real estate / construction market preferred
- Basic digital marketing knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
- Lead handling & client relationship management
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred)
Experience
1–4 Years (Freshers with good communication skills may apply)
