Job Overview
We are hiring Event Wellness Associates / Foot Reflexology Therapists to provide professional foot reflexology services at premium events.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people, travelling to different cities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional Foot Reflexology sessions at event venues.
- Deliver excellent customer service and guest experience.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service quality standards.
- Prepare and manage therapy stations before and after events.
- Educate guests about the benefits of Foot Reflexology.
- Promote MyFootSpa retail wellness products when appropriate.
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with the event operations team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Foot Reflexology is highly preferred.
- Experience in Spa, Wellness, Massage Therapy, Beauty, Hospitality, or Healthcare is an advantage.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
Requirements
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and late-night events.
- Willing to travel across India for events.
- Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate are preferred.
- Physically fit to perform therapy sessions during events.
- Passionate about wellness and hospitality.
Compensation
- Event-based payment (paid for every event worked)
