Job Description: Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Procurement
- Conduct supplier market analysis to identify competitive opportunities and emerging technologies.
- Lead RFPs, RFQs, and tender processes to ensure transparency and value.
- Vendor Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Cost Optimization
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Benchmark pricing and procurement practices against industry standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations teams to understand requirements.
- Provide sourcing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
- Mitigate risks by diversifying supplier base and ensuring contractual safeguards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT products (software, hardware, licenses, peripherals).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement of IT products/services.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract law, and vendor management.
- Experience with Oracle/procurement tools.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
