Job Description
We are looking for an In-House Electrician for our hotel in Chandigarh. The electrician will take care of all electrical repair and maintenance work in the hotel. The person should have experience working in hotels, buildings, or commercial properties.
Job Responsibilities
- Fix and maintain electrical wiring, lights, switches, and sockets
- Check and repair electrical problems in guest rooms and hotel areas
- Maintain main panels, generators, and power backup systems
- Do regular electrical checks to avoid breakdowns
- Follow safety rules while working and Respond quickly
- Work with the maintenance team when needed
- Identifying faults/hazards
- Testing of electrical systems with voltmeters and ohm meters.
- Writing electrical maintenance reports.
Requirements
- ITI or electrical certification
- 2 – 4 years of experience as an electrician in a Hotel/Restaurant
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physically fit for maintenance work
- Honest, punctual, and responsible
