JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Center Coordinator for our Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Center at Ramanagar. This role will be instrumental as a single point of contact to lead the CBR center at Ramanagara as a replicable model, managing both the clinical team and high-level stakeholder relations. They will work in strategic leadership, Government Liaison, Financial Oversight and extend timely support for monitoring and evaluation.

This role involves traveling across the district for the mobilization of resources

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Strategic Leadership

Oversee the implementation of the program and to reach the necessary targeted beneficiaries within the stipulated timeline
Seek opportunities for inter-agency collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with partners to leverage resources and expertise to enhance the program’s impact.

Government Liaison

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government departments, NGOs, academic institutions, and professional organizations.
Represent the center at district-level meetings (DC office, Health, and Education departments) to ensure 100% UDID penetration and scheme linkage.

Monitoring and Evaluation

Develop a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to track program progress and outcomes.
Submit regular reports on program activities, outcomes, and impact.

Financial Management

Manage the program budget, ensuring efficient allocation of funds and adherence to financial guidelines.
Monitor expenses and revenue to ensure financial sustainability.

Sustainability Planning

Cultivate local CSR partnerships and oversee the transition to income-generating activities
Traveling across the district for partnership building, overseeing program implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
Help in organisation development

REQUIRED SKILL

Demonstrable or relevant leadership experience
Proficient in Office tools and Google Products
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to multitask
Critical thinker and problem solver
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Kannada & English

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Graduates in Disability Rehabilitation or Social Work or Public Health
3-5 years of leadership experience in the development sector
