About the Role
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Tax Consultant Executive to assist clients with Income Tax Return (ITR) filing, tax-related queries, and financial compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of taxation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide clients professionally over calls and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing clients regarding ITR filing and tax-related services.
- Understand client financial information and recommend suitable tax solutions.
- Assist clients in filing Income Tax Returns (ITR) accurately and within deadlines.
- Provide guidance on income tax, deductions, exemptions, TDS, and basic GST-related queries.
- Collect, verify, and maintain client documents required for tax filing.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of documents.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM or internal databases.
- Coordinate with the internal tax team to resolve complex client queries.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional communication.
- Stay updated with the latest income tax rules, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Income Tax Return (ITR) filing and taxation.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and financial documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to explain tax concepts in simple terms.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com/M.Com/BBA Finance/MBA Finance preferred).
- 0–1 years of experience in taxation, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong taxation knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Income Tax Portal and ITR filing procedures.
- Experience in customer handling or telecalling will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with tax software and financial documentation.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
