Job Overview:
The Mechanical Draftsman is responsible for creating detailed technical part drawings, assembly drawing and component bom , assembly bom in ERP system. . This role involves working closely with engineers and other team members to develop accurate and comprehensive mechanical designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and Design:
- Create detailed mechanical drawings, schematics, and blueprints using CAD software.
- Develop and revise technical documents, including design specifications, assembly instructions, and parts lists.
- Ensure that designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s diploma in Mechanical draftsman.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in mechanical draftsman or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Solidedge ).
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, components, and engineering principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Mechanical draftsman or a related field.
- Experience with 2d drawing.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with occasional visits to manufacturing sites
- May require extended hours to meet project deadlines.
