Job Title :

Senior Executive-Dispatch

Main Purpose of Job (Why job exists/what it must achieve)

Level:

L-5

To Manage Smooth dispatches of material at Customer end as per customer schedule

To manage and control logistic support on time, To ensure no Customer line stoppage

Reports to:

Plant Head

Main Responsibilities / Job Summary

To prepare monthly production plan and circulation to all dept

To Co-ordinate with customer and attend their enquiries , analyse and fulfil their requirement

To ensure delivery performance on daily /weekly/monthly basis as per plan

To ensure smooth running of Customer Lines and despatch material accordingly

To ensure and monitor the GRN at Customer end on day to day basis against our Supplies to avoid obstacle of releasing payments

To ensure dispatches of correct parts and verify invoices accordingly

To ensure that FIFO is maintained for dispatching FG and take Inventory as per plan

To ensure correct ASN’s made for all dispatched FG parts

To ensure maintenance and monitoring of trolly’s as and when required.

To Verify the transport bills monthly and forward for F & A verification and payment of the same.

To ensure 5S in your department is maintained and system are complying with IATF 16949

To ensure smooth functioning of Sales and Logistics departments and

determine freight charges of vehicles and its bill passing.

To support in implementation of TPM & MSES “A” activities

Any other task entrusted by your supervisor

Customer schedule adherence 100%

Customer Score

No material shortage against Invoice at customer end

Optimum utilization of Vehicles

FIFO adherence and sustenance

MSES System (TPM,TQM)

Skills & Knowledge Requirements (Abilities / Knowledge & Expertise in field)

Knowledge (Technical / Functional)
1. Logistic management

2. Material planning against customer schedule

3. Knowledge of Budgeting / ERP/BOM

4. Invoice preparation, 57 F4 etc / Excise Knowledge

5. Inventory management

6. ISO TS /TPM/EMS-OHSAS

Skills –

1. FIFO management, 2. Material Reconciliation

3. Manpower handling,

Qualifications – Graduation/ PGDBM

Experience – Graduate with 08 to 10 yrs of experience in Automobile Industry
