GeM & Tender Operations End-to-end handling of GeM bids, including: Bid searching & analysis Eligibility & compliance checking Technical & commercial bid submission Monitoring RA (Reverse Auction) and bid timelines Tracking bid status till order placement
Technical Compliance & Documentation Preparation of: Technical compliance sheets Declarations, undertakings, and certificates BOQ & specification mapping Ensuring 100% bid compliance as per tender terms OEM & Vendor Coordination Coordination with OEMs / Distributors for: Authorization letters Product specifications & brochures Pricing support Follow-ups for timely document submission Post-Bid & Order Support Assistance in: Order acceptance on GeM Invoice submission Payment tracking Coordination for dispatch, delivery & pickup (if required) MIS & Reporting Maintaining Excel trackers for: Live bids Submitted bids Orders & payments Daily reporting to management Mandatory Skills Hands-on experience on GeM Portal Strong knowledge of: Technical & commercial bidding Reverse Auction process Govt tender documentation Excellent MS Excel skills Strong email drafting & communication skills Preferred Skills Experience in IT / Electronics / CCTV / Hardware tenders Understanding of Make in India / ATC / OEM norms Ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
