As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate leads, counsel parents about our brain development programs, convert inquiries into admissions, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads through field marketing, campaigns, school activities, events, referrals, and other outreach initiatives.
- Counsel parents about Foxbrain's brain development programs and address their queries effectively.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing appropriate guidance and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and prospective clients.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM or reporting systems.
- Represent Foxbrain professionally during promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Education Sales, Counselling, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
- Excellent follow-up and customer handling abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
