- Education - any of the following disciplines:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering + Master’s in similar or any other related branch will be preferred.
- Bachelor’s in a Life Sciences field + Master’s will be preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy + Master’s will be preferred.

- Identifying channel partners & potential customers in the assigned region.
Required Knowledge & Abilities
- Willingness & eagerness to travelling is a fundamental prerequisite as this role requires active travelling, and in-person customer site & channel partner meetings.
- Flexible in adapting to different cultures internationally.
- Fast learner and a passion for sales & people communication.
- Excellent English communication skills - written & verbal - is crucial.
- Skilled in PC usage and associated software including Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Spreadsheets is vital.
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Ability to converse in the local language of the assigned region is a big advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and closely with other professionals.

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and joint visits with company’s channel partners and/or directly, as applicable, in the assigned region.
- Develop and grow EMPL’s position in the assigned customer base or region.
- Likewise, researching and analysing the new/untapped industry verticals or sub-regions to target for further sales growth.
- Review customer enquiries and requirements, and promote/pitch/present appropriate product solutions.
- Continually improve on knowledge of the company’s products, capabilities and technicalities - specifications, applications, modifications, product qualification. The customer and the channel partners (for specific product categories) depend on your subject matter expertise - to present solutions thoroughly and distinctively vis-à-vis any market alternatives.
- Proactively develop and create customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility, and participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars, etc.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations on products/services.
- Prepare and deliver written proposals or detailed compliance statements to customer’s technical specifications.
- Responsible for the customer order from the point of pre-sale to any applicable post-sale activities closure in collaboration with the Customer Support department.
- Support, train, and drive channel partner team as per sales strategies developed.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information.
- Review and analyse planned objectives and targeted goals.
- Documents full information of opportunities, tasks and visits, including won and lost reasons.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
