We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and business development team in managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and coordinating end-to-end sales processes. The ideal candidate will serveas a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely execution
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination
Assist the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and client communication.
Prepare and maintain proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports.
Schedule meetings, calls, and client interactions for the business development team.
Maintain and update CRM systems with client data, leads.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
Serve as the first point of contact for client queries and requests.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding proposals, agreements, and project updates.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Process & Documentation Management
Coordinate between sales, operations, and consulting teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
Ensure all documentation (contracts, invoices, agreements) is accurate and upto date.
Track and monitor KPIs, sales pipeline, and conversion ratios for management reporting.
Market Insights
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Provide insights to the sales team to enhance business strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in consulting or professional services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
