Job Summary:
Adhoc Softwares Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Lead to drive business growth, generate qualified leads, acquire new clients, and lead the sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT services sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify B2B leads for IT services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead and mentor the Business Development team.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project handover.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
- Experience in software services, SaaS, mobile app, or web development sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, CRM tools, email campaigns, and lead generation.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
