Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Fit-out (PMC)
Location: Chennai / Bengaluru / Pan India (Project-Based Travel Required)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PMC) to independently handle corporate/commercial interior fit-out projects at site locations. The candidate must be strong in Design, site execution, vendor coordination, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects at site
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors
- Monitor site progress, quality, and timelines
- Handle contractors, labor teams, and material scheduling
- Verify BOQ, measurements, and billing
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Travel to project locations across cities when required
Required Skills
✔ Strong knowledge of interior site execution
✔ Experience in corporate/commercial interior projects
✔ Ability to handle multiple vendors and contractors
✔ Good understanding of drawings and BOQ
✔ Strong problem-solving at site
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Civil / Architecture / Interior
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out project execution
- Experience working as PMC / Site Project Manager preferred
- Willing to travel and relocate based on project location
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
