Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused ERP Implementation Executive to support the implementation, training, and post-deployment adoption of our ERP software across client locations. The role requires frequent travel to client sites across India for software deployment, user training, requirement gathering, and support. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the development team, ensuring smooth implementation and successful utilization of the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Implementation & User Training
· Participate in ERP software implementation projects at client locations.
· Conduct user training sessions and workshops on ERP modules and business processes.
· Assist clients in adopting the software and resolving operational challenges.
· Provide on-site and remote support during implementation and stabilization phases.
· Ensure successful software rollout and user acceptance.
Requirement Gathering & Functional Support
· Understand client business processes and operational requirements.
· Gather, document, and analyze enhancement requests and change requirements.
· Identify software issues and coordinate with the development team for resolution.
· Perform functional testing and validation before delivering fixes or new features to clients.
· Monitor implementation progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Client Communication & Coordination
· Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status, pending issues, and enhancement requests.
· Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical teams.
· Escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution.
· Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting
· Prepare implementation documents, user manuals, training guides, and process documentation.
· Update CRM and project management systems with project progress, meeting notes, issue logs, and client communications.
· Generate implementation and support reports for management review.
· Maintain accurate records of client requirements, configurations, and support activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
· 1–2 years of experience in ERP implementation, software support, business analysis, or a related role.
· Good understanding of business processes and ERP modules, including:
o Sales
o Purchase
o Inventory Management
o Accounting & Finance
o HR & Payroll
o Production
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to train users and explain software functionality effectively.
· Good documentation and reporting skills.
· Basic understanding of software development processes and issue tracking.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in ERP implementation or software deployment projects.
· Knowledge of GST, accounting concepts, inventory management, and procurement processes.
· Familiarity with CRM, Helpdesk, or Ticketing Systems.
· Experience interacting with clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
Travel Requirements
· Must be willing to travel extensively across India for client visits, software implementation, training, and support activities.
· Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel and short- or long-duration stays at client locations as per project requirements.
· Ability to work from client premises during implementation phases when required.

Immediate Joiner**
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
