Objective:
To ensure smooth functioning, profitability, and customer satisfaction of the jewellery showroom by managing operations, sales, staff performance, and compliance as per company policies.
LOCATION: Yavatmal
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Customer Service:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.
- Monitor sales team performance and guide them for improved conversions.
- Handle high-value customers and resolve complaints effectively.
2. Team Leadership & HR Coordination:
- Supervise and motivate showroom staff to maintain discipline and productivity.
- Conduct daily briefings and monitor staff grooming and attendance.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and appraisals.
3. Operations & Administration:
- Ensure proper functioning of billing, cash handling, and stock systems.
- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and visual presentation.
- Oversee gold, diamond, and silver stock movements with accuracy.
4. Inventory & Purchase Coordination:
- Coordinate with the purchase department for stock replenishment.
- Track fast-moving and slow-moving items.
- Ensure proper stock auditing and tagging procedures are followed.
5. Reporting & Compliance:
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to head office.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, financial accuracy, and hallmarking standards.
- Maintain compliance with legal and taxation norms (GST, hallmarking, etc.).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Knowledge of jewellery products, hallmarking, and pricing trends
- Ability to handle high-pressure sales periods (festive/bridal seasons)
- Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP / Tally
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate (Business/Commerce background preferred)
- Minimum 7 -10 years of experience in jewellery retail, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
