We are seeking an experienced Italian Chef de Partie (CDP) to join a prestigious luxury residence in Colaba, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Italian cuisine and relevant experience with reputed luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants.
Strong experience in Italian cuisine with excellent culinary techniques.
Candidates currently or previously working with:
Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai
The Oberoi, Mumbai
Celini, Grand Hyatt Mumbai
La Piazza, Hyatt Regency Delhi
Other reputed restaurants or luxury hotels in Mumbai or Delhi
Excellent knowledge of Italian ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation.
Experience with fresh pasta, risotto, sauces, seafood, meat, and other Italian specialties.
Strong understanding of food hygiene, quality, and kitchen standards.
Professional, disciplined, and well-groomed.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-end private residence.
Prepare authentic, high-quality Italian dishes as required by the household.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Assist with daily food preparation and menu planning.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstation.
Coordinate with the culinary and household team to ensure smooth operations.
Candidates with experience in 5-star luxury hotels and reputed Italian restaurants in Mumbai or Delhi will be strongly preferred.
Salary: As per experience and suitability
