Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish toiletries
- Ensure cleanliness of corridors, lobby, and public areas
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items
- Respond to guest requests politely and promptly
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals properly
- Coordinate with supervisors and front office staff
- Ensure guest privacy and security
- Ability to work in shifts with good physical stamina
