Role & responsibilities
- Machine Setup & Operation: Loading programs, setting tools, and operating VMC machines (e.g., Fanuc, Mitsubishi) to cut/shape materials.
- Reading technical drawings to understand dimensions, tolerances, and machining steps.
- nspecting finished parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers) to ensure they meet specifications.
- Selecting, installing, and adjusting cutting tools
Experience: Proven experience operating CNC/VMC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in G-code/M-code and knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to detect malfunctions, troubleshoot, and make small adjustments.
- May require standing for long hours and working in shifts
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
