Primary Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality physics lessons to senior secondary students, including advanced topics in mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, and modern physics.
- Laboratory Operations: Supervise practical physics sessions, ensure adherence to lab safety protocols, and demonstrate scientific experiments.
- Student Assessment: Design tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate academic progress, maintain examination grades, and provide regular, constructive feedback.
- Exam Preparation: Prepare students for board examinations and competitive assessments (e.g., JEE Main/Advanced, NEET) by strengthening numerical and conceptual clarity.
- Parent-Teacher Communication: Regularly report student progress to management and address parent concerns during scheduled meets.
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Physics (M.Sc.) or Applied Physics, combined with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
