Urban Company is looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join the Salon for Women category team in Bengaluru.
Location: Bengaluru
Work Mode: In Office
Office Location: Urban Company Training Centre, Banaswadi
Joining: Immediate
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
Work Week: 6 Days (Mandatory)
Languages Required: Hindi / Kannada (Mandatory) / English
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in partner onboarding for the Salon for Women category
- Coordinate with walk-in candidates and support documentation process
- Maintain onboarding data, tracker sheets, and daily reports
- Prepare and update Excel / Google Sheets reports
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain funnel data
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding operations
- Desk-based operational role
What We’re Looking For:
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and target-oriented mindset
- Immediate joiners preferred
