Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, creative briefs, and design requirements.
2. Design engaging creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, website banners, emailers, and brand visibility initiatives.
3. Develop innovative design concepts that align with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
4. Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, standees, POSM, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.
5. Assist in website design updates, UI elements, and digital assets while ensuring responsive and user-friendly designs.
6. Conduct research to gather design references, trends, and creative inspiration for developing fresh concepts.
7. Present design concepts and final artwork to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
8. Coordinate with printers, photographers, illustrators, agencies, and other external vendors to ensure high-quality production.
9. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
10. Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, software, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices.
1) Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2) 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design (Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered).
3) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is an added advantage.
4) Basic understanding of UI/UX design, responsive web design, and accessibility principles.
5) Strong knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and design best practices.
6) Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
7) Good communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
8) Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
9) Knowledge of Figma, Canva, AI-powered design tools, or motion graphics will be an added advantage.
