Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Sales team for daily sales activities and customer requirements.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with technical, procurement, and accounts teams for smooth execution of projects/orders.
- Maintain customer database, sales records, and MIS reports.
- Support the team in tender documentation and order processing.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer communications professionally.
- Track order status and update customers regularly.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through effective coordination and support.
- Schedule meetings, client visits, and follow-up activities for the Sales team.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of IT products, networking, cybersecurity, or system integration services is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
