Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and passionate Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing design team. You will be responsible for creating detailed design concepts, developing construction drawings, and producing stunning visual presentations that bring client visions to life.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts
· Create photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for client presentations
· Coordinate with the site team to ensure design intent is executed accurately
· Attend client meetings and present design proposals confidently
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
· Source materials, finishes, and furnishings in line with project budgets
· Maintain organized project files and design documentation
Qualifications
· B.Arch (Architecture) or B.Des (Interior Design)
· 1 to 3 years of experience in interior design or architectural practice
· A strong portfolio demonstrating residential or commercial interior projects
Required Skills
· AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software
· SketchUp and/or 3DS Max
· D5 Render / Lumion / V-Ray for rendering
· Adobe Photoshop for presentation and post-production
· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
